The
main purpose of the MFG is to
review and comment upon customer
facing activities and literature.
This is a key part to our continual
drive to deliver excellent customer
service with the aim of improving
communication to our members as
a whole.
After
all, our Members are the reason
that the Society exists!
We
are aiming to expand the current
member focus group from 11 to
30 to provide a broader array
of views from our members.
The MFG is looking
for members that fit the following
criteria:

10 members who have an investment/savings
product. |
|
10 members who have a residential/commercial
mortgage. |
|
10 members who hold savings/investments
and mortgage products with
us. |
In
the future there will be no need
to travel to Head Office. Simply
complete the feedback form, which
will be included with any item
for comment, such as a proposed
product launch, comments on existing
literature or a new initiative
and return it via e-mail or post.
To
demonstrate that your views are
important to us we will donate
£25 to charity for each form we
receive back. This will not take
up a lot of your time as we only
propose to communicate with you
a few times a year.
