  1. The Organiser of this draw (‘the Draw’) and Data Controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) and other applicable data protection law is Kent Reliance, which is a trading name of OneSavings Bank plc. Registered in England and Wales Registered office: Reliance House, Sun Pier, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4ET, (‘the Organiser’). Any correspondence in relation to the Draw should be sent to the following address: FAO Marketing Department, Reliance House, Sun Pier, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4ET.
  2. The Draw is open only to individuals over the age of 18 years currently residing in the United Kingdom.
  3. The Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary to enter the Draw, however internet access is required.
  4. Only one entry per person can be submitted.
  5. The Draw will open at 9am on 17 April 2024 (the ‘Opening Date’) and close at 5pm on 3 May 2024 (‘the Closing Date’). Entries received after that time will not be considered.
  6. The Organiser does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered or not submitted due to a technical fault of any kind. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Organiser.
  7. The Prize is a £50 Amazon Gift Voucher
  8. Entrants should refer to the terms and conditions (see below) of the Prize provider before entering the Competition. The Organiser is not responsible for any issues relating to the booking or use of the Prize.

  9. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to reject any entries if they are deemed to be inappropriate or offensive by the Organiser.
  10. To enter the Draw, entrants must complete and submit the customer satisfaction survey which is included in our Customer Spring Newsletter- In the survey we will be asking for feedback and how we can improve future newsletters.
  11. If an entry is not submitted in accordance with paragraph 10 above, it will be rejected and will not be entered into the draw.
  12. The winner will be selected on 6 May 2024 from all valid entries with the correct answers between the Opening and Closing Date at random.
  13. The winner will be notified by email no later than the 13 May 2024. It will be the same email address we hold, to which we send the newsletters. The Prizes will be sent to the email address provided by the winner. Should a winner fail to provide their email address within 14 days of being contacted by the Organiser, the Prize will be forfeited and the Organiser shall be entitled to select an alternative winner.
  14. All entrants who fulfil the criteria detailed above at paragraph 10 will have an equal chance of winning the Draw.
  15. The Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other payment or discount and are not transferable.
  16. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the Prize(s) or substitute for one of equivalent value if for any reason beyond its control the original Prize(s) becomes unavailable.
  17. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into about such decisions.
  18. The Draw is not open to employees of the Organiser, or any of their families.
  19. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Draw at any time without notice.
  20. By entering this Draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  21. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the Prize.
  22. The Organiser will process the personal data of the entrants (name, email in accordance with its obligations pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection law for the purposes of the administration of the Draw.

  24. The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable post event publicity and for their name and photographs to be used in such publicity. The winner will be given the chance to object to such publication or ask for less information to be published.
  25. If any entrant and/or winner wishes to withdraw their consent for use of their name and image for the above purposes at any stage, they should contact the Organiser at MarketingOperations@chartercourtfs.co.uk This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by the Organiser before the entrant withdraws their consent.
  26. The winner surname and county of residence will be available 14 days after 3 May 2024 by emailing the following address MarketingOperations@chartercourtfs.co.uk.
  27. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
  28. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  29. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising in relation to the Draw.
