Transfer options

Cash ISAs can be invested into the following accounts:-

Direct variable rate cash ISA

Direct variable rate cash ISA - Under 25s (must be aged 16-24)

Direct variable rate cash ISA (must aged 65 or over)

These are statement based savings accounts, which can only be opened and operated by post through our Head Office.

Variable rate cash ISA - Under 25s

This is a passbook-based account which can only be opened and operated through the branch and agency network.

What to do next

Existing members

To switch your passbook-based Variable rate cash ISA to the Direct variable rate cash ISA - Under 25s or the Direct variable rate cash ISA - simply complete the relevant transfer form which can be downloaded from the website or call 08451 22 11 22* and we will post one to you.

To switch your Direct variable rate cash ISA to the Direct variable rate cash ISA-Under 25s (must be aged 16-24), simply complete the relevant transfer form which can be downloaded from the website or call 08451 22 11 22* and we will post one to you.

To switch your Direct variable rate cash ISA or your passbook-based Variable rate cash ISA to our Direct 65+ variable rate cash ISA (if 65 or over), simply download the relevant application form and transfer form(s) from the website or call 08451 22 11 22* and we will post them to you.

New customers

To transfer your Cash ISA(s) from your current provider(s) simply download the transfer form(s) from the website, plus the relevant application form(s). If you prefer you can call 08451 22 00 22* and we will post them to you.

Note: If you wish to transfer from more than one provider you will need to complete a transfer form for each one. Please note some providers may charge you a fee for transferring to Kent Reliance. You should check this before completing any transfer forms.

Once we have received your completed form(s) we will send you confirmation. We will then contact your current provider(s) to request the funds on your behalf.

Your current provider(s) will send the funds directly to us by cheque.

We will then contact you again to confirm we have received the funds and send you the appropriate documentation.
