We will write to acknowledge receipt of your application and if you have not provided payslips and statements, apply to your employer and current lender or landlord for references. At the same time, we will also instruct a valuer to arrange a mortgage valuation.

When we receive the mortgage valuation and your application has been approved, we will send you a formal Mortgage Offer which will update all the information you received in your original KFI. At the same time, we will issue instructions to your solicitors for the preparation of the legal documents in connection with the mortgage.
When we receive confirmation from your solicitors that contracts have been exchanged or that they are ready to complete the remortgage from your existing lender, we will transfer the funds so that the transaction can be successfully completed on the due day.
On completion we will write to confirm your payment details, insurance arrangements and to welcome you as a borrowing member of the Society.
